We are searching for a candidate to work full-time, 40 hours, year-round, PM shifts 2pm to 10:30pm, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed. Basic maintenance or handy-man experience preferred. Additional skills or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting a plus, but not required. Hourly starting wage is between $19 and $21/hour based on experience and knowledge. Bonuses given based on performance. Benefits including medical and dental insurance, vacation time, and Simple IRA.
