You’ll be involved in everything from general maintenance and repairs to landscaping, property inspections, and rotating on-call services.. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect the interior and exterior of properties to ensure everything is in good condition and address any repairs needed. Perform various maintenance tasks, including painting, light carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, and more. Handle special projects assigned by management and adapt to changing priorities. Attend field visits and team meetings as required. Communicate promptly and effectively with team members, and management. Participate in an on-call rotation to handle emergency situations after hours and on weekends (stipend included). Document work is completed with photos, receipts, and detailed notes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfort with using technology like smartphones, email, and mobile dispatching. A positive, professional demeanor with good communication skills. Ability to lift heavy objects, operate tools, and climb ladders as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Must pass background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in property management. Comfortable with software like Outlook and other programs. Ability to operate trucks or similar vehicles. Familiarity with common tools. How to
