Hour Shift Schedule:

Night ShiftMonday / Tuesday / Friday / Saturday•First Week Sunday /Wednesday / Thursday•Second Week Shifts will rotate 1st / 2ndweek indefinitely

Hours:

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 2-3years previous experience is a plus Ability to work a flexibleschedule as needed Exceptional interpersonal skills are requiredComputer experience is required Ability to walk/climb to countinventories Ability to read and interpret documents Ability towrite routine reports and correspondence Basic math skills requiredForklift experience and certification a plus. Electrical experienceis a plus Programming is a plus

Responsibilities:

The MaintenanceMechanic tends to production machines such as filler, packaging,cappers, labeler, and palletizers used for bottling water. Thisposition will perform trouble shooting and repairs to equipment asneeded.

Essential Job Duties:

Operates all production machinery inaccordance with attached specifications Operates all blow moldmachinery in accordance with attached specifications Carries aradio at all times while on shift to be fully accessible to teamCarries a tool bag with all required tools at all times while onshift Leads team in changeover processes Leads team in preventativemaintenance process Performs basic cleaning of machinery Proficientin blow mold operations Performs all repair tasks andtroubleshooting necessary to keep bottling lines operatingefficiently Ability to rotate as needed Assist in training of newemployees Ensures through constant observation and routineinspections that high quality product is being produced Ensuresthat proper GMP rules and cleanliness is being administeredthroughout production processes Reports all emergencies, injuries,and production incidents immediately to shift supervisor .

GMP &PPE

Required:

While on the production floor in the plant you willbe required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations inthe plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMPrules in their employee handbook, which includes the required bumpcaps, safety boots, hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is alsorequired that all personnel wear safety glasses. Follows standardoperating procedures including quality checks and procedures forall operations. Meets food safety and quality objectives and therequirements of the SQF System. Non-Essential Job Duties Willperform other related work as assigned by the Manager.
