Maintenance Technician 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 173 Riverboat Village Rd, South Hadley, MA 01075 Job Summary Meredith Management has a full-time, permanent maintenance technician position at our apartment community in South Hadley. General repair and maintenance skills essential – plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting. Previous experience in apartment maintenance a benefit. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must have driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be available for rotating emergency on-call nights and weekends and snow removal. Compensation based on experience and skill level starting at $18/hour. Excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match.
