The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Fabricate parts as needed to support ongoing operations. Maintain all systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Document all maintenance activities accurately for compliance and reporting purposes. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics preferred. Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus. Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and able to perform operations tasks as needed. Experience working in a retail/office facility is desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekends as needed
