Full-time, Day Shift (First Shift) About Us Patterson Maintenance Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person for a full-time daytime position in the Holliston, MA area. This individual will be responsible for performing general building and grounds maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment. Schedule •

Shift:

Monday to Friday –

Hours:

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required depending on needs Responsibilities • Perform general repairs: plumbing, carpentry, maintain cleanliness in building common areas and restrooms, Inspect and repair doors, walls, ceilings, floors, Replace light bulbs and ceiling tiles, lubricate moving parts (hinges, motors, etc.), Clean and maintain tools and work areas, perform groundskeeping tasks including trash removal, snow shoveling, and landscaping, respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, monitor building systems and report any safety or repair concerns, Track completed tasks and maintain service logs, remove trash and debris, clean up after minor repairs, Maintain cleanliness in mechanical and utility rooms, Change air filters, inspect vents and ductwork, Report or troubleshoot HVAC performance issues, Adjust thermostats or controls, Repair or install doors, locks, cabinets, shelving, Patch drywall or ceiling holes, adjust door closers and hinges, Assemble or move furniture , Unclog drains and toilets, Repair or replace faucets, valves, and pipes, maintain water heaters and shut-off valves, Check for leaks and water damage , Replace outlets, light switches, fuses, and breakers, Reset tripped breakers, Replace or repair indoor/outdoor lighting, Test and maintain emergency lighting systems — Qualifications • working knowledge of basic building systems and maintenance procedures, Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, Strong attention to detail and good communication skills, Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing for long periods Compensation & Benefits •

Pay Rate:

$18 – $22 per hour, based on experience • Optional benefits: health insurance, 401(k), Dental, Short-term and Long-term Disability, etc.
