Maintenance for Apartment Community Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Maintenance for Apartment Community Churchill Forge Properties 594 Merrimack Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826 The preferred candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in multi family. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Snow removal
• Resolve and Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Pick up trash if seen on grounds
• Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
• Trouble shooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Minor carpentry
• Other building maintenance items as needed
• Appliance repair/replacement
• Vacant turnovers-painting, caulking, minor repairs, cleaning Emergency on call required.

Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
