Job Description:

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for theupkeep and maintenance of the company’s facilities, includingbuildings, grounds, and equipment. This position is responsible forensuring that all facilities are in a safe and functionalcondition, and for identifying and repairing any issues that mayarise. Responsibilities ? Perform routine maintenance tasks, suchas cleaning, painting, and minor repairs ? Inspect facilities forpotential hazards and safety issues ? Diagnose and repairmechanical and electrical problems ? Maintain and update facilityrecords, including maintenance logs and work orders ? Manageinventory of maintenance supplies and equipment ? Stay up-to-dateon industry best practices and technologies ? Comply with allsafety regulations and procedures Qualifications ? High schooldiploma or equivalent ? 3 years of experience in facilitymaintenance ? Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills ? Valid driver’slicense
