Role:

• Learnour processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service andbest in class workmanship.
• Work with your assigned helper in Installinghome remodeling products according to Rite Window’s standards.
• Setupjobsites per Rite Window guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards are met atall times.
• Ensure a clean job site after the installation is completed
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensurecustomer satisfaction.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeownerat completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmostrespect What You ‘ll

Bring:

• 2+ years of Replacement Window & DoorInstallation, or carpentry experience
• 2+ years of Remodeling,carpentry, or construction experience
• Must be lead safe certified
• OSHA10
• Preferred
• OSHA 30
• Preferred
• DOT Health Card
• Must have a validdriver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication andcustomer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate withhomeowners and team members.
• Physical strength, stamina, and theability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time
• Must provide own hand tools
• Lift up to 75LB
