We are seeking a seasoned PermanentMaintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic Engineering team. This isan exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experiencedprofessional who possesses a strong understanding of MachineMaintenance Tech, Pneumatics, Motors, and Repair. The successfulcandidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operationof our machinery, minimizing downtime, and maintaining ourequipment in top-notch condition. This position requires a minimumof 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Conductregular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify andrespond to signs of malfunction. 2. Perform routine preventativemaintenance and service for each piece of equipment. 3. Diagnosemechanical issues and correct them in a timely manner. 4. Repair orreplace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery andequipment. 5. Understand and implement complex machineryoperations, including pneumatics and motors. 6. Maintain detailedrecords of performed work, repairs, and parts used. 7. Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderlywork areas. 8. Collaborate with other staff members to optimizeperformance and output. 9. Assist in the installation of newmachinery and equipment. 10. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairsof production equipment during production and perform scheduledmaintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required;Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred. 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role inthe Engineering industry. 3. Extensive knowledge of MachineMaintenance Tech, Pneumatics, Motors, and Repair. 4. Proven abilityto diagnose and repair mechanical issues with machinery andequipment. 5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention todetail. 6. Strong understanding of safety regulations andprocedures. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal. 8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 9.Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. 10. Physical staminaand strength to lift heavy items and work in confined spaces. 11.Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders toperform required maintenance and service. 12. Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports,order parts, and maintain records. 13. Willingness to work overtimeand on weekends as required.
