We are looking for a highlyskilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamicteam in the food manufacturing industry. This role requires ahands-on individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves andget the job done. The successful candidate will be responsible formaintaining and improving the reliability of our manufacturingequipment and systems, ensuring that our production processes runsmoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Asa Maintenance Technician, your duties will include but are notlimited to: 1. Performing preventive maintenance on all equipmentand systems in accordance with established schedules andprocedures. 2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical,electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. 3. Operating andmaintaining PLC, VFD, HMI, and CMMS systems. 4. Ensuring compliancewith GMP, HACCP, and other relevant safety and quality standards.5. Responding promptly to breakdowns and carrying out repairs asquickly and efficiently as possible. 6. Assisting with theinstallation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. 7. Useof mill and press machinery. 8. Working with ammonia refrigerationsystems, freezers, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment. 9.Using PPE correctly and following all safety procedures to minimizethe risk of accidents and injuries. 10. Collaborating closely withother team members and departments to optimize production processesand improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications:

To beconsidered for this role, you must have: 1. A minimum of 2 years’experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. 2.Proven experience with PLC, VFD, HMI, and CMMS systems is a plus.3. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant safety and qualitystandards. 4. Experience with mill and press machinery, pneumaticand hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment. 5. Familiaritywith ammonia refrigeration systems, freezers, HVAC systems, and480v electrical systems. 6. Proficiency with Allen Bradley controlsand systems is a plus. 7. A strong commitment to safety and a solidunderstanding of the correct use of PPE. 8. Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repairfaults in a wide range of equipment and systems. 9. A proactiveapproach and the ability to work independently and as part of ateam. 10. Good communication skills and the ability to work wellwith people at all levels of the organization.
