Maintenance Technician 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Duxbury, MA 02332 The Village at Duxbury is the South Shore’s premier retirement community. We are currently recruiting for a full time maintenance tech. This person will be part of a team that is charged with keeping our buildings in tip top condition. Maintenance techs are involved with making minor repairs of resident apartments and garden homes; performing preventive maintenance assignments; assisting with the renovation of units; maintaining proper temperature throughout the building; moving equipment; snow removal; and emergency response. Mature, fun loving, friendly and caring team players do well in this position. Complimentary soft drinks, coffee and continental breakfast available all day.

$23.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
