What You’ll Do As a Facilities Maintenance Technician III , you’ll handle essential preventative maintenance and repair tasks for building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including HVAC and refrigeration. Your work will contribute to the safety and efficiency of facilities while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your technical skills and problem-solving abilities are key to the team’s success. This position is in Boston, MA.

Logan International Airport Shifts Available :

3rd

Shift :

10 : 00pm-6 : 30am (Tuesday-Sunday)

Salary :

$32.00-36.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on various building systems and amenities Conduct HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning Follow all safety protocols, including

OSHA, PPE

requirements, and site-specific guidelines Use a computer-based CMMS system to log work orders, hours, and maintenance records Available for emergency on-call coverage as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with service personnel, inspectors, and vendors as required What Makes You the Perfect Fit Skills & Attributes Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Adaptable, self-disciplined, and a positive team player Professional painting and commercial carpentry experience are a plus Attributes for Success Reliable, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly Positive attitude and willingness to support and share knowledge with the team Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a skilled trade or system required Minimum of 6 years in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC maintenance, with a focus on plumbing and carpentry What You’ll Get At Keystone, we believe in providing the best for our team. The actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
