Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property in the Fenway area of Boston, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include: Participating in completing daily work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping. Weekly trash removal duties. Custodial duties for common areas and groundskeeping. Utilizing the Yardi mobile app and keeping close communication with the superintendent and other staff. Participating in the emergency on-call rotation and snow removal. The work hours for this position are 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Knowledge of general apartment repair and experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is required. Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
