Boston-based property management firm seeking hands-on Maintenance Technicians to join our team. We manage a wide array of clients and provide an expansive range of services from daily property operations to large-scale replacement and maintenance projects. POSITION DESCRIPTION
As an LH technician you will be responsible for repairing, painting, constructing or installing structures in various types of properties. You will collaborate with the leaders and property managers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of construction projects and repairs. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail is essential. This position is performed outside of the office; ability to stand, travel short distances, and freely move throughout buildings must be possible.
Typical work assignments can include:
Install drywall, tape, compound for repairs and renovations on the interior and exterior Surface preparation by sanding, cleaning, caulking, priming Applying paint, stain, varnishes by brush, roller or spray on interior and exterior.
Other work assignments can include:
Inspecting, diagnosing, and solving day-to-day problems to ensure all aspects of the building are functioning efficiently and effectively. Work may be performed via ladders, boom lift or scaffolding. Make emergency repairs within area of knowledge and responsibility. Snow removal using both hand equipment and snow blowers. Performing any other task that is necessary to maintain the property in a safe, workable and “cared for” condition Bilingual (PORxENG) is preferred but not required.

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Extended hours Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
