$85,000•$105,000 per year

Shift:

In this position, you’ll support the Technical & Engineering department and ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our food processing machinery and facility systems . With on-call availability and a key role in machine installations and facility upkeep, you’ll be part of a company dedicated to innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain & Repair Critical Machinery:

You’ll inspect, maintain, and perform repairs on essential production equipment, including Multivac machines , thermoformed and thermosealed equipment, along with key facility systems such as HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration , and electrical systems.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

Commission & Startup of New Lines:

Be responsible for the commissioning, assembly, and installation of new production lines and machinery, ensuring everything runs at peak efficiency.

Support Plant Audits:

Assist in preparing for and completing plant audits, ensuring all systems and equipment are up to compliance standards.

Key Attributes We’re Looking For:

Problem-Solving Expertise:

You’ll be tasked with resolving complex maintenance issues and continuously improving systems.

Organizational and Planning Skills:

Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage maintenance schedules.

Self-Starter:

Able to learn quickly and operate independently after training, especially during the second shift.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software to document and track maintenance work.

Communication Skills:

Able to work well with other team members and departments.

Travel Flexibility:

Able to travel between company locations as needed.

On-Call Availability:

Flexibility to be on call during weekends for machine installations or emergencies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical , or Industrial Engineering (preferred). 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment, specifically with processing and production equipment. Experience with Multivac machinery is a MUST.

Languages:

English (Required) Spanish (Preferred)

Shift Details & Availability:
