This is a full-time position with on-the-job training provided in preventive and general maintenance, apartment turnovers, janitorial duties, equipment servicing, groundskeeping, and snow removal for our residential and commercial rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance. Complete work orders and prepare properties for tenant turnovers. Maintain property grounds, including landscaping and snow removal. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and team members.

Qualifications:

Plumbing experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate actions independently. Superior customer service and communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work weekends and handle after-hour emergencies. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Must agree to and pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary and benefits will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Starting at $18/hour.
