Lead Fence Installer Brightstar Fence LLC 665 Main Street, Fiskdale, MA 01518 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Fence Installer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. The ideal candidate for the Lead Installer position will have at least 2-3 years experience in fence installations and repairs​ as well as crew management experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. As a Lead Fence Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work in various weather conditions and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental. Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper installation. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to assemble and secure fence components. Perform masonry work as needed for fence foundations or supports. Conduct repairs on existing fences, including replacing damaged sections or posts. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials as required during installation. Skills Proficiency in using power tools such as drills, saws, and nail guns. Experience with hand tools including hammers, levels, and measuring tapes. Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques for building sturdy fence structures. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely (up to 80 pounds). Familiarity with welding techniques for metal fence installations is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues on-site. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred.
