Job Details Responsibilities:

As aPermanent Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: 1.Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment,and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation. 2. Inspectingmachinery to identify any malfunctions, damage, or wear and tear.3. Performing complex troubleshooting to diagnose and fixmechanical and electrical issues. 4. Repairing or replacing brokenor malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. 5. Readingand interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to performrequired maintenance and service. 6. Complying with safetyregulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. 7.Participating in safety meetings, training sessions, and workshopsto enhance and maintain personal skill level. 8. Understanding andimplementing manufacturing methods and procedures in day-to-daytasks. 9. Operating and controlling the functionality of machinesand tools. 10. Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs ofproduction equipment during production.

Qualifications:

The idealcandidate for the Permanent Maintenance Technician role will havethe following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experiencein a maintenance technician role in a manufacturing environment. 2.Proven experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. 3.Strong technical understanding and skills in mechanical andelectrical systems. 4. Knowledge of manufacturing methods andprocedures. 5. Familiarity with machines and tools, including theirdesigns, uses, repair, and maintenance. 6. Excellent mechanical andelectrical skills. 7. Proven experience in preventive maintenanceand repairing. 8. Ability to operate and control machinery andtools. 9. Strong understanding and commitment to basic safetyprocedures. 10. High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate inHVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be aplus.
