The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and a commitment to ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities. Responsibilities Conduct residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as needed to maintain facility appearance. Supervise contracted projects/repairs with vendors (HVAC, electrical, construction) Read and understand blueprints/ building layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using preventative maintenance software. Collaborate with department leadership to schedule maintenance work with minimal disruption to operations. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance Understand and meet the requirements of local, state and federal regulatory bodies Experience in supervising teams or leading projects Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
