The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Worcester, MA to Southbridge, MA

• Open to Travel Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Unit Turns Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
• AppFolio Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring satisfaction with maintenance services. Operate tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and other equipment safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• Whatsapp (be able to use apps on smartphone) Experience Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and customers.

Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems, residential painting techniques, logic controllers, and general repair practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills are a plus for those interested in advancing within the organization.
