We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time, 1st shift position with a reputable company known for its high-quality technical products. If you’ve worked with commercial or industrial manufacturing equipment, and have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems—this could be the perfect fit. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform preventative maintenance and break/fix repairs on a variety of machines
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Weld and fabricate mechanical aids and custom components as needed
Collaborate with team members to maintain optimal production flow
Use hand/power tools and testing equipment to ensure operational excellence
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent (2-year technical degree preferred)
1-3 years of mechanical equipment repair experience in a manufacturing setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and twisting
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to be a team player
