Maintenance Technician NCREMA Inc Lewiston, ME 04240 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment buildings through effective maintenance and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of general maintenance and carpentry. If you are detail-oriented and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, we encourage you to apply. Pay goes by experience. MUST be willing to work in downtown Lewiston. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve problems Conduct field service tasks, including installation and repair. Lawn up keep Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Document maintenance activities in work orders Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge maintenance Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
