Residential Property Maintenance Technician Central Maine Property Management 571 Sabattus Street, Lewiston, ME 04240 Central Maine Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Residential Property Maintenance Technician you will work with our maintenance team. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair duties across our properties. This role requires strong general repair skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our tenants live in safe and well-maintained homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and lock changes. Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues promptly and professionally Complete work orders and assigned projects with quality workmanship and attention to safety Provide courteous and respectful service when addressing tenant concerns Use our mobile app to document maintenance activities and track work Communicate effectively with your supervisor and fellow team members Participate in an on-call rotation (every 4-6 weeks) to address after-hours emergencies

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation Basic tools Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and problem-solving skills Clean background check Ability to work independently and as part of a team Speak fluent

English Schedule & Compensation:
