On-site We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain and enhance a residential apartment community in Westbrook, Maine. If you’re reliable, hands-on, and experienced in general maintenance, this is a great opportunity to join a professional and supportive team. ????
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, etc.)
Complete unit turnovers and make-readies efficiently
Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
Participate in snow removal and on-call rotation as needed
Safeguard tools, mechanical rooms, and vacant units

Requirements:
2+ years of apartment maintenance or similar experience
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
Must live within 30 minutes of Westbrook for on-call responsibilities
