- Additional perks and professional development opportunities ________________________________________ Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated individual with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete resident work orders
- Perform apartment turnover tasks
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts ($150 weekly premium for the weeks you are on call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time)
- Conduct property inspections and routine preventative maintenance
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties ________________________________________ Requirements
- Ability to lift 30-60 lbs regularly; occasional heavy lifting required
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and perform manual labor
- Strong independent work ethic and customer service skills
- Must live within 30 minutes of Portland, ME and have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
