Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic I role performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry. Responds to maintenance emergencies, performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Trade school or equivalent training and experience required.

License/Certifications:

Boiler training certificate required. State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date. Valid Driver’s License required.

Experience:

One year of related experience required.
