Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Day Shift, Full-Time,Rotational Schedule Key Responsibilities Restore machines tooperational condition during runtime failures in a team settingPerform reactive maintenance to recover production lines fromequipment failures Work onelectric motors, retrofits, andfabrications Identify and implement creative equipment improvementsLead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to minimizeequipment downtime Participate in equipment upgrades andinstallations Collaborate with operators and team members to meetproduction schedules Communicate effectively with vendors and teammembers Qualifications Qualifications High School Diploma, GED orequivalent work experience Minimum two years hands on experience inmanufacturing preventive maintenance systems Basic experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong knowledge of industrialelectricity, mechanical power transmission and fluid piping systemsStrong electrical knowledge of single and three phase powerincluding the ability to diagnose and replace electric motorsStrong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems(CMMS) Proficient with mechanical drawings and OEM technical printsfor parts identification Strong technical knowledge of compressedair systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and waterprocessing is preferred Preventive maintenance, mechanical andelectrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematicapproach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, and lubrication.
