Hotel Maintenance Technician Position Available In Sagadahoc, Maine

Hotel Maintenance Technician Residence Inn by Marriott Bath Brunswick Area 139 Richardson Street, Bath, ME 04530 Hotel Maintenance Technician at the Residence Inn by Marriott will be expected to preform the following duties:

• Light maintenance including changing bulbs, air filters, servicing thermostats, carpet washing, and some kitchen appliances.
• Pool testing and regular cleaning of pool area
• Preventative maintenance in guest rooms, including painting, caulking, sanding etc.
• Helping out where ever needed each day.

Looking for a person who knows how to fix things, has a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
