This is a full-time position working in a thoughtfully designed property that combines classic style with state-of-the-art systems.

Responsibilities Include:

• General repairs and maintenance across guest rooms, common areas, and grounds
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems (no HVAC work required)
• Performing preventive maintenance and responding promptly to service needs
• Maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the property
• Assisting with seasonal upkeep and occasional special projects

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance preferred
