Job Description We arecurrently seeking Full-time Maintenance Mechanics for our Hollis,ME manufacturing/bottling facility to maintain, fix, and improveequipment used in bottling and packaging operations for futureopportunities.

$39.75 /hour

Shift Differential:

6

  • 8% of base hourly rate shiftdifferential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:

12-hourshift, 5:00 pm

  • 5:00 am, 2 / 2 / 3 rotating schedule Sign on
Bonus:

$5000 sign on bonus (incremental payouts) Must be able to trainon 1st shift for approximately 3 months before moving to schedule

Relocation:

Up to $7500 relocation package offered for out ofstate, restrictions apply $500

Quarterly Retention Bonus :

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance andtesting on equipment Perform maintenance tasks to include
  • repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls onall equipment.
  • Identify processing waste reduction opportunitiesand assist in reduction projects.
  • Participate in preventativemaintenance program to help reduce costs of operations through PMoptimization.
  • Dismantles, cleans, repairs and tests electrical,electronic and mechanical components to determine component-levelfailure
  • Support equipment installations, retrofits and upgradesto include vendors and contractors
  • Communicate, coach and trainemployees to continuously improve team’s ability to respond toequipment failures and loss of production.
  • Actively support NCEthrough SLC DOR, DER, GSTD’s
  • DMAIC projects and Debriefs or shifthandoffs
  • Maintains preventative maintenance logs and accuraterecords of all testing and repairs
  • Recommends equipment to beincluded in preventive maintenance programs. Perform PreventativeMaintenance task to identify all potential mechanical andelectrical issues with equipment throughout the plant. Rebuildworn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment, such as gearboxes forscheduled PM’s.
  • Troubleshoot/ investigate and repair allmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems includingchillers, air compressors etc. Eliminates problems from recurringutilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
  • Communicates directlywith equipment suppliers, contractors and vendors as necessary

  • Water Chemical Treatment ProgramQualifications Three or more years proven maintenance experience ina manufacturing environment Prior experience with high and lowpressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers ispreferred Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems(pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processingis preferred Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAPsystem preferred Successfully demonstrates strong mechanicalabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills forinteraction with all employees.

Must have electrical knowledge ofsingle and three phase power including the ability to diagnose andreplace electric motors Must be able to work and accomplishprojects with little to zero supervision Must be able to foster andbuild a team-work environment Communicate effectively with varioussupport groups, supervisors, and team members Maintain a high levelof professional and organizational ethics and image with all plantand outside personnel Able to read, interpret and analyze computergenerated reports Perform all tasks with extreme accuracy Must beable to do physical inspections, (i.e. climbing, reaching,extending) Must be proficient with mechanical drawings and OEMtechnical prints for parts identification Proficient computernavigation skills, including the use of Microsoft Officeapplications Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts tosupport production teams as required Works together with Safetydepartment to achieve a zero injury workplace Must display apositive mental attitude and be open to a fast paced ever changingwork environment Primo Brands’ established portfolio includesbillion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brandslike Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such asArrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®,purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored andenhanced brands like Splash® and ACION®.
