Starting Rate:
$39.75 / hour + 6

- 5:00 am, Night Shift, 2-2-3 Rotating Shift Availability to work holidays and weekends per business needs Must train on 1st shift for 3 months Responsibilities Plan, lead, and execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) to reduce downtime Perform reactive maintenance on production lines, repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components Conduct machine tear down, repair, and assembly, including PLCs, VFDs, and motors Identify and implement equipment improvements through problem-solving Train operators and peers on basic maintenance and optimal equipment settings Ensure smooth shift handoffs and communicate key updates to teams and leadership Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and special projects Provide break relief for operators as needed Operate a forklift when necessary Support installations, retrofits, and vendor/contractor coordination Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems Perform welding and fabrication to maintain equipment functionality Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs •Qualifications•Qualifications include, but are not limited to 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Expertise in compressors, chillers, boilers, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems Skilled in diagnosing and replacing electric motors Proficient in mechanical drawings, reports, and Microsoft Office/SAP Strong mechanical, teamwork, and communication skills Independent, detail-oriented, and highly professional Flexible to work holidays, weekends, and provide on-call support in a 24/7 facility.
