Property Maintenance Technician Trahan Apartments – Little Miss Cottages Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform routine maintenance on various systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Fabricate parts and components as necessary to support maintenance tasks. Execute residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with residents and staff. Skills Strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams through maintenance projects. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and clients. Extensive mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with logic controllers and industrial equipment. Ability to maintain a variety of systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Experience in residential painting techniques for upkeep of facilities. Competence in fabricating components as required for repairs or upgrades. $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
