Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment repairs. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, responding promptly to maintenance requests and concerns. Credential Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred Two (2) years responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous maintenance experience
Additional Qualifications:
Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance Ability to work independently or within a team environment Knowledge of policies, procedures, equipment, materials, and supplies related to maintenance and repair of facilities and infrastructure
