Hotel Maintenance Technician Holiday Inn Express Kingdom City MO 3257 County Road 211, Kingdom City, MO 65262 Holiday Inn & Suites in Jeff City is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• HVAC experience is a +
• Knowledge of basic painting and drywall repair.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
