Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property’s buildings, docks, and outdoor spaces Perform a variety of general maintenance duties, including lawn care, landscaping, painting, and small repairs Complete regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance needs Provide routine cleaning and maintenance for the pool, including water testing and chemical treatment Assist with dock upkeep and ensure all areas are safe and well-maintained

Qualifications:

Prior maintenance experience is preferred Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and with a team Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting and outdoor labor Familiarity with general safety guidelines and practices Must have reliable transportation
