Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Sign Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the safe and professional installation of a variety of interior and exterior signage including channel letters, pylon signs, monument signs, digital displays, and custom projects. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical aptitude, comfort working at heights, and a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely install various types of signs at client sites, including wall-mounted, freestanding, illuminated, and digital signage Operate and maintain equipment such as boom lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, and power tools Load and unload materials and signage components for installation jobs Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation specifications Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including OSHA and DOT regulations Work collaboratively with project managers, fabricators, and designers to complete installations on time and within scope Maintain professional appearance and positive customer interaction on job sites Perform post-install inspections and complete installation reports

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver License with clean driving record 1+ years of experience in sign installation, construction, or related field preferred Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, and cranes) Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand/power tools Basic electrical wiring skills a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

Experience operating aerial lift and crane equipment Welding and fabrication skills Knowledge of sign industry materials and installation methods
