In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in making our communities a place residents are proud to call home. From readying units for new residents to responding to service requests, your work ensures quality living experiences across our properties.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in preparing apartments for new occupancy Maintain the curb appeal and cleanliness of property grounds Respond to and complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally Provide general customer service with a friendly, solution-driven attitude Perform repairs involving: HVAC Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Appliances Be available for an on-call maintenance rotation Communicate clearly with residents and coworkers Follow through on assigned tasks from the Property Manager Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong team player with a positive attitude Present and dependable during all scheduled shifts Self-motivated and service-oriented Problem solver with solid technical skills Reliable transportation and basic tool set Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
Prior maintenance experience in apartment, residential, or facilities setting Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair EPA certification a plus Why Join Us?
