Job Description:

Must Have at least 2 years of Experience ! As an Experienced Commercial Door Technician , you will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing garage doors and operators for our valued customers. You will serve as a lead technician , ensuring that every job is completed professionally and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial garage doors and operators. Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on clear communication and building strong relationships. Work independently, managing your time and resources efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized work environment, ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete installations and repairs. Operate in a variety of environments, including outdoor settings and elevated heights. Respond to service calls, often requiring work during nights and weekends .

Qualifications:

Proven 2 years experience in Commercial Garage Door Service and Installation, with a professional background in the field. Must be confident , self-motivated , and have the ability to work independently. Strong communication and listening skills , with an ability to foster customer relationships. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including: Climbing ladders and working at heights. Lifting up to 100+ pounds . Reaching above shoulders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices . Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record . Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends .
