Job Description The responsibilities include:

Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule; proper care of floor machinery; ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs; and promote a safe work environment. Some floor care experience is suggested but not required and we will train you on our proven processes. This can be more than a job, this could be a career. Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Janitorial experience required. Successful drug screening and background check. Physical

• Must be capable of working on your feet for long hours, being able to bend, pull, push and lift 50lbs without limitations. Reliable
• Must maintain excellent attendance and provide proper notice for absences. Detail Oriented
• Safely perform tasks with high level of detail, while looking for areas outside the regular routine that need attention. Time Management
• Complete cleaning tasks in budgeted time allotted for the facilities as assigned. Transportation
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job site. Full-time team members must have a valid driver license and be able to drive to multiple facilities in Springfield each night to obtain full-time hours. Communication
• Must communicate effectively with direct Supervisor with supply needs, equipment and facility issues that arise.
