This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning of building common areas including hallways, restrooms, entryways, and elevators Conduct light maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, minor wall/ceiling fixes) Monitor and maintain cleanliness of parking lot and exterior grounds , including trash pickup and debris removal Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility Respond to basic maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner Report larger maintenance needs or safety concerns to the property manager

Qualifications:

Prior janitorial and maintenance experience required Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must provide adequate references verifying previous experience and reliability Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Familiarity with commercial building operations is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position; Monday-Friday with occasional weekend or after-hours tasks as needed Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and potential for long-term employment
