Full Job Description About Us:

SimCo Building & Remodeling is a trusted and growing construction company serving the Springfield area. We’re currently looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and take pride in completing small repair and maintenance jobs with quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance tasks, including: Patching drywall Fixing leaky faucets or plumbing fixtures Installing ceiling fans or lighting Caulking and sealing Adjusting doors, trim, and hardware Work independently and manage time across multiple jobs Interact with clients professionally and respectfully on-site Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential repair, maintenance, or remodeling Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
