Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Make-ready Technician/ Maintenance Tech compensation: $24/hour Looking to hire a Make-ready tech and Maintenance technician to complete small repairs. We are seeking a team-oriented make-ready technician to join our team. Qualified candidates will have their own transportation and have tools to perform basic maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, minor electrical, photo inspections, drywall repairs and painting. In this position, you will be working on occupied and vacant homes. Our goal is to provide quality maintenance and deliver superior finishes for a wonderful home experience.
Essential Functions:
Assist in readying units for occupancy with repairs and painting Minor landscaping Ensure attractiveness of property grounds interior and exterior Minor Electrical and Plumbing (unclog garbage disposal, replace dishwasher) Flooring installation Photo Inspections Reliable vehicle to transport materials and tools Reliable smartphone and able to use software for photos (Company Cam) Candidates must be able to work alone, along with others, reliable and a great communicator.
Requirement:
