Maintenace Technician
BELL MANAGEMENT
Webb City, MO 64870 Currently looking for a reliable maintenance technician to take care of general maintenance for apartment complexes in the Joplin, MO and Webb City, MO area. Must have experience in the maintenance field. This is a full-time position, requiring an average of 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. Apply today!! Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities Included:
Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Patching drywall and Painting Units Basic Plumbing Skills HVAC knowledge is a plus Completing work orders
