County Road 2020, Rolla, MO 65401 Job Overview We are looking for a maintenance technician to assist our maintenance director. Your role would be to assist him in doing both repair and preventative maintenance across the company’s two locations in Rolla, MO. It is not required but preferred to have experience repairing heavy machinery with an emphasis on forklifts and in general, an industrial environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise. Conduct inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects. Assist in welding tasks for structural repairs or modifications when required. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance . Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to maintenance challenges. Proficient in English, with both written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
