Assist with building renovations, repairs, and maintenance tasks Address leaks and perform general facility upkeep Lift, move, and organize materials (up to 50-75 lbs) Support warehouse operations, including cleaning and organizing Take on various tasks to keep the facility running smoothly Drive materials to other site locations as needed Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance Requirements Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand and power tools Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, pushing) for 8-hour shifts Reliable transportation and must live within 15 miles of Brentwood, MO HVAC experience is a plus Flexible, positive, “go with the flow” attitude Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety Who Thrives Here?
