The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that themaintenance needs of residential homes are monitored and requiredmaintenance, and repairs are provided in a timely fashion. Schedule:

Full-Time Monday to Friday8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities Include:

Respond tomaintenance requests in a timely and prioritized manner. Developpreventative maintenance schedules for each home and complete tasksmonthly, quarterly, and annually as verified by check sheet.

Arrange for outside contractors with Director approval. Sign off onall completed maintenance work orders, providing time and materialcosts by cost center. Complete basic plumbing, HVAC, drywallrepair, painting, electrical and interior/exterior carpentryrepairs. Schedule services with each home ahead of time, utilizingprovided call list of contact staff. Maintain professionalrelationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provideservice without interrupting their routine. Compliance with allstandards to assure the health and safety off all staff andindividuals that we serve. Comply with all state mandatedindividual protection reporting and protection procedures. Otherduties as assigned.

General Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s LicenseUse of work vehicle is required Supply own essential tools forroutine maintenance High School Diploma or GED Prefer generalmaintenance experience of 4-5 years Ready to Join Us?
