Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, and plumbing
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair as needed
- Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facility Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems and logic controllers
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques
- Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks efficiently
