Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a key role in the daily operation and maintenance of our attractions and games. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely, including troubleshooting, updating software, and assisting with new game installations. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized work environment and support the team with daily operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the functionality of all games, rides, and interactive attractions Install and update software on games and equipment as needed Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime Assist with installing new equipment and attractions Maintain a clean and organized tech and storage area Collaborate with other staff to ensure daily operational needs are met Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the building
What We’re Looking For:
Technical or mechanical knowledge (experience with electronics, software, or arcade equipment) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Bonus Points For:
Experience in an amusement or attractions setting Familiarity with arcade/game equipment or similar tech Basic networking/software update experience
