The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and comprehensive experience in various home maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, carpentry, and painting. This role requires a problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a wide range of repair and maintenance projects in residential settings. Responsibilities Perform general home maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:

Plumbing :

Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and faucet/toilet installations.

Electrical :

Conduct basic electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures, while adhering to safety standards.

Drywall :

Patch, repair, and finish drywall to ensure a smooth, professional appearance.

Carpentry :

Build, repair, or install shelves, cabinets, trim, and other wooden structures.

Painting :

Prepare surfaces, apply paint or stain, and ensure high-quality finishes. Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to maintain or improve property conditions. Communicate effectively with clients or property managers to understand project requirements. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and local building codes during all repair and maintenance tasks. Provide accurate estimates for time and materials needed for projects. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Proven experience in home maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting. Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in general home repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., electrical or plumbing) are a plus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
